The Chairman shall have a general control over all the affairs of the society. The Chairman shall preside over all meeting of the General Assembly and the BOD. In absence of the Chairman the Vice-Chairman shall preside over the meeting. If both of them are also absent, the share holder members present and entitle to vote shall elect or select one from amongst them to preside over the meeting. In execution of all affairs of the society the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) shall consult with the Chairman. The Chairman shall manage the affairs of the Society . The Chairman can invite any representation of any affiliated organization to attend any meeting for his advice. The Chairman shall have one vote, but in case of equality of votes, the Chairman will cast a second vote called decisive vote. In execution of all affairs of the Society the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) shall consult with the Chairman.
