The Internal Auditor appointed as per provision of the Byelaw shall have to audit the accounts of the Society and shall have to submit a report along with audited accounts in every three months interval. He will have to reflect a correct picture of accounts including Income and expenditure and profit and loss of Society. The Departmental Auditors will also audit the accounts of society. The responsibilities of auditors both internal and departmental auditors are to check the interest of Share holders.
