This Byelaws may be amended by adducing, altering, rescinding and deleting of any provision. But decision in that respect will have to be taken in the General Assembly with a majority of votes. 10% presence of members will form the quorum of such meeting and amendment will be made as provision of the Act.

As per direction of the General Assembly the BOD will appoint any legal advisor to file any legal money Suit in the Court. He will have to defend the Society in the Court. He will advice the BOD in any legal Matters.

The Society will maintain all books and records as required for the purpose. The Society will print all Books and, khatas, registers, pass books, share ledger, share certificate, deeds, bonds promissory notes, receipts books, payment. Any member if he desires to inspect his records, he may be allowed to do so. At the end of each year the BOD will prepare annual income and expenditure statement, profit and loss account, assets and Liabilities and details list of the Society and to submit those accounts to the Departmental auditors.

The Society shall have the own Emblem and flag as determined by the General Assembly.
