Function And Responsibilities Of The Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) shall be appointed by the Board of Directors. As per direction of the Society the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) shall discharge following function and responsibilities-

  • a. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) so appointed shall be the ex-officio member of the Board with voting right unless anything contain to the contrary in the Byelaws of Act.
  • b. He will maintain all books and record including accounts and communicate all kinds of letters to the members of the BOD and General Assembly.
  • c. He will receive all kinds of applications including deposits and loans and submit in the meeting of the BOD. He will maintain all receipt vouchers and expenditure vouchers.
  • d. He will transact all kind Bank account along with the Chairman.
  • e. He will receive application of grievances and will discuss with the BOD for solution.
  • f. He will discuss with the BOD for allotment of membership, transfer of share and any matters.
  • g. He will convene BOD meeting, Annual General meeting and special General meeting in consultation with the Chairman.
  • h. To receive deposits on deferent scheme and provide loan as per direction of credit Sub Committee.
  • i. He will maintain all official records, securities of loan, custodian of mortgage property, sanction.
  • j. As per direction of the BOD he will investigate the unrecovered loan and take proper step for recovery of loan in consultation with the BOD.
